Presidents of the United States and France, Donald Trump and Emmanuel Macron decided to coordinate their actions during the settlement of the crisis around North Korea. This was reported by the press service of the White House, informs Reuters.
"They discussed the need to confront the increasingly dangerous situation that is associated with the destabilizing behavior of the North Korean leadership," the White House statement said.
In addition, Trump noted that the US is ready "together with its allies to apply the full range of diplomatic, economic and military means" to overcome any nuclear threat from North Korea.
Earlier it was reported that US President Donald Trump threatened the DPRK with "fire and fury" if it continues to threaten the US with its intercontinental missiles. In response, the DPRK declared its readiness to launch a missile aimed at the American island of Guam. Subsequently, Trump's rhetoric about Pyongyang became more harsh.
