Tillerson discusses ways of counteracting Russian aggression with Baltic countries

Rex Tillerson, the U.S. Secretary of State discussed the counteracting the Russian aggression with the representatives of the Baltic countries as the U.S. State Department reported.

‘Four NATO allies (the US, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania) agreed to deepen the cooperation to counteract the cyber activity of Russia and discussed the strategies of the overcoming of the threat that Russia poses to the European security and Russia’s lack of the respect to the sovereignty and territorial integrity of its neighbors’, the message said.

Also, the sides discussed the Baltic Summit that will be hosted by U.S. President Donald Trump in Washington on April 3.

Earlier Tillerson claimed that the White House could expand the list of the Russian entities and officials that face sanctions.
