Three Russian military jets approach Latvian sea border

Latvian army reported another fly-by of the Russian military aircraft near this country's airspace. The National Armed Forces of the Latvian Republic reported that on Twitter. 

The Russian jets were spotted over the neutral waters of the Baltic Sea.

'On March 12, the patrol jets identified two Sukhoi Su-27s and a Tupolev Tu-134 of Russia's Armed Forces over the neutral waters of the Baltic Sea', reads the message.

As we reported recently, Latvia has successfully completed the construction works on a section of the wall on the border with Russia.

Latvia has finished construction of the 93-kilometer-long section of the fence with the barbed wire on the border with Russia. Kristina Petersone, the press secretary of Latvian State Border Guard said that as quoted by Diena

The draft project, which stipulates building the 183.6-kilometer-long fence, also includes an entire system of wooden sidewalks, patrol huts and water pipes. The fence's height makes 2.7 meters. The overall price of the construction works is 21,168 million Euros.

The construction works on the borderline wall are supposed to be complete in 2020.
