After today’s plenary day in the Ukrainian Parliament, three lawmakers suspected in bribery were stripped of their parliamentary immunity.

Oles Dovgy, Boryslav Rozenblatt and Maksym Polyakov had their immunity lifted; the other two lawmakers, Andriy Lozovy and Yevhen Deydey who are also suspected in taking bribes preserved their immunity.

The three who lost their immunity cannot be detained, the Parliament ruled. For that to happen, another voting procedure is necessary.
