Three men attacked a couple of the Ukrainians (a man and a woman) not far from Poznan, Poland. The Ukrainians were forced to hide at the territory of the fire station as Radio Poznan reported.
According to the information, on Monday about 22:00, a blood-stained man and woman ran to the territory of the fire station.
A car came after them and three men got out of the car. They tried to beat the Ukrainian up. Later, the rescuers called the ambulance and police. The wounded man was hospitalized.
The perpetrators succeeded to flee after the arrival of the law enforcers. Later, two suspected were detained.
"These people were detained at night. Now we establish all the circumstances of the incident. One of the arrested had the machete as the police found it. However, it was not used during the attack," the police said.
Earlier Shevchenkivskyi district court of Kyiv arrested a citizen of Poland suspected of murdering and attempting to murder in Kyiv.
As it was reported earlier, a foreigner who killed a man, attacked a woman and resisted the police during detention in Kyiv at night on July 23 was detained.
