There's an option to negotiate the prisoners' exchange during the upcoming Normandy Four meeting in Paris. Viktor Medvedchuk, the MP and Chairman of the Political Council of Opposition Platform - For Life party said so talking to the press in the Ukrainian Parliament.

"And I believe there's a possibility to get the positive result, and very soon. I guess the decision will be made during the Normandy Format [meeting]. At least the project exists: the exchange could take place within a month", he said.

"According to the latest data, there are 76 people in Donetsk and Luhansk who may and should be returned to Ukraine, to their families and relatives. These are the people who should be exchanged, according to the all-for-all principle, and it will be approved as the basis within the Normandy format. The other side wants to return 120-140 people who are currently held on the territory of Ukraine", Medvedchuk added.
