On September 22, Ukraine's military is going to start the strategic command-staff exercise called "Joined Efforts 2021." The army command plans to move troops and vehicles in designated locations, so the civilians are required to stay calm.
The army reiterated that people are required not to take any images of military vehicles and staff, infrastructure objects, and attempts to infiltrate the attempts to enter a military base or outpost.
Drones are not allowed to fly in the area where drills are to take place. People who launch and navigate the drones will be detained.
Earlier, ships of Russia's Black Sea fleet entered the open waters to hold the missile and artillery exercises. The press office of the Russian Defense Ministry reported that on September 20.
"Approximately 20 surface vessels and support ships of the Black Sea Fleet entered the open waters, departing from their bases in Sevastopol and Novorossiysk", said the message.
