Earlier, I received an appeal from the staff of the Pershiy Nezalezhniy TV channel with where the journalists asked to protect them from the illegal actions of law enforcement agencies that stopped the broadcasting of the channel without a trial and grounds, only by a letter from the Deputy Chairman of the SBU. After this appeal, I became a co-owner of the Pershiy Nezalezhniy TV channel and promised that I would return Ukrainians access to information, and journalists - freedom of speech.

I have fulfilled my promise: I have obtained a license for satellite broadcasting, and I am now the owner of the UkrLive TV channel, on the frequency of which a team of journalists organized the broadcast of illegally closed Pershiy Nezalezhniy.

All my interests are in Ukraine. I have no property and business in Russia! I have never financed terrorism and separatism. All my political activities are carried out legally and in the interests of the Ukrainian people. Wealthy Ukraine is a European country with free speech, independent media, legal opposition activities, and a government that follows, rather than violates, laws and the Constitution.

I signed an editorial agreement with the channel's staff, which provides for the non-interference of the channel’s owners in its editorial policy.

I ask only one thing from a team of journalists: do not be afraid of telling the truth, whether someone likes it or not. Our channel will be open to all points of view and all political forces in the country.

With such an approach, UkrLive TV channel will soon become the leader of news broadcasting.

Our country today needs objective and honest journalism more than ever!
