State Aviation Service imposes restrictions for drones up to 2 kg

The maximum altitude shouldn't be more than 50 meters above the ground or sea level

The State Aviation Service has imposed restrictions for remotely piloted vehicles with a weight up to 2 kg. This is presented in the Temporary order of air space use of Ukraine. 

It is stated that drones are used without informing the institutional bodies and obtaining a permission from them. 

Meanwhile, the State Aviation Service set the following rules for the drones: flights have to be sustained in the daytime; no crossing the state border; stay 5 km away from external borders of airstrips and taxiway constructions of airfields; helicopter aerodrome or not 3 km closer from external borders of airstrips.

Besides, flights shouldn't be sustained above: public roads (international, national, regional, territorial), the main streets of the cities, villages and urban settlements, railways of governmental and regional significance, above or along power lines, industrial zones, above power stations, railway stations, seaports, storages of gasoline, oil, natural gas and other dangerous substances and liquids etc.; above accident scenes and penitentiary systems and remand prisons. 

Also, flights are not sustained in police operational areas, antiterrorist operations (except for the ones that used in the operation), in areas of political asylum.

The maximum altitude shouldn't be more than 50 meters above the ground or sea level and under the condition of visual sight of the drone. Drone speed limit is 160 km/h. 

As it war reported earlier, the framework against drones was introduced in an ammunition depot in Ukraine.
