Special force units arrived on site near Kyiv-based building of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, as protests continue. Glavred Telegram channel reported that on Friday.

"15 minutes ago, there were smoke pellets and some explosions. Hundreds of policemen have been deployed here; their current number is much bigger than that of the protesters. Zhylianska street is now open for road traffic. We heared the police announce that the traffic is now open; they asked rally members to leave the premises. 15 minutes ago, people were quite aggressive, they wanted to enter the building of the Constitutional Court", the reporter said.
As is known, Protest action is taking place in Kyiv, next to the building of Constitutional Court of Ukraine. Protesters approached the building, holding the banners with words "Corruption Court of Ukraine", "Put CC judges behind bars", abd also brought suitcases with stickers on them saying "Coalition as a compliment for Yanukovych" - as a hint on their wish to oust the judges from Ukraine. Rally members pelted the building with flares, smoke pellets and condoms.
Then, members of the demonstration marched on to the President's Office.
On October 28, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine ruled that the provision about criminal responsibility for untruthful declarations, which caused huge criticism spoken out by law enforcers and control authorities. According to the Court's decision, criminal responsibility for declaration of untruthful information is "excessive" punishment for a citizen.
On October 29, the Court blocked the announcement of results of local elections. It stripped NAPC off the access to state registers, which they use for holding checks of declarations of candidates for leading offices to authoritative bodies.
