SOCAR, the state oil company of Azerbaijan became the export operator of Rosneft company's oil products in Ukraine. Members of the market reported that as cited by

According to the outlet, Swiss office of SOCA Trading will be providing sales and communication with Ukrainian counteragents. Ukrainian office of the company can also participate in distribution and sales.

This week, members of SOCAR top management visited Kyiv and negotiated with biggest counteragents of Proton Energy Group S.A., which redistributed the fuel of Rosneft in Ukraine until April. The new operator does not rule out the possibility of supplies already in May, claiming it has a quota of more than 100,000 tons of diesel fuel and 12,000 tons of liquefied gas. However, the market members believe the process will launch in June.
