Former commander of the Interior Troops of Ukraine Stanislav Shulyak claims that he was not notified of the introduction of "anti-terrorist operation regime" on February 18, 2014.

"Being the head of the internal troops, I have not been reported of any written or oral orders for these events", said Shulyak.

Recall that the former Chairman of the SBU Yakymenko is suspected of the implementation of the illegal anti-terrorist operation. His first deputy Totsky is also suspected of assisting him, as he led the anti-terrorist center at the SBU.
