Former GRU-officer Sergey Skripal was released from Salisbury hospital as BBC reported citing the National Health Service of the UK.

At the beginning of April, the doctors claimed that the state of the health of Skripal is not critical anymore.

As we reported on March 29, Yulia Skripal recovers rapidly and her health state is not critical anymore. Later Sky News reported that she can feed and drink herself. The authorities expect that the affected will be able to testify soon.

Ex-colonel of Russia’s GRU, Chief Intelligence Department, Sergey Skripal and his daughter Yulia, poisoned in the center of Salisbury town in the evening of March 4, are still struggling for life in the intensive care unit of the local hospital. The British special services suppose that Skripals were poisoned by his ex-colleague Andrey Lugovoy, who acted on orders from Moscow.

As it was reported earlier, British Prime Minister Theresa May decided to expel 23 Russian diplomats due to the incident in Salisbury. Russian diplomats had a week to leave Great Britain. Besides, the law enforcers will tighten control at the customs and check of private planes for the same reason. In return, Russia said it would expel 23 British diplomats as a reaction to Britain’s actions. Russian Foreign Ministry informed in its announcement.

As we reported earlier, more than 20 states have expelled Russian diplomats due to Skripal’s poisoning in Salisbury. Ukraine expelled 13 Russian diplomats, and Russia as a reaction has declared 13 Ukrainian diplomats personae non-gratae.
