Viktoria Ivleva, reporter of Novaya Gazeta claims that probably, a plane with Oleg Sentsov on aboard took off from Executive Centre of Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District. She claimed this on Facebook.
‘Oleg seems like to be saved! A plane with him departed from Salekhard. Hopefully, Kyiv is the next stop. That’s it!’ she said.
However, after some time, Viktoria Ivleva updated her post and said that as of 2:55 she has no information about the plane and Sentsov anymore.
‘Honestly, I am starting to think that they have played a real joke on us, unfortunately. Please, everybody calms down. Something will turn out in the morning,’ Viktoria Ivleva added.
At the same time, Oleg Sentsov’s cousin posted a message on Facebook that she can neither confirm nor refute the information.
‘As of now, I can neither confirm nor refute the information on Oleg’s depart from Labytnangi. Please, do not call all at once,’ she said.
Reportedly, Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia Tetiana Moskalkova sent pictures of the Ukrainian political prisoner Oleg Sentsov to Lyudmyla Denisova. According to her, Sentsov is active. He watches TV, reads books and writes something from time to time.
Earlier, Natalia Kaplan, sister of Oleg Sentsov stated that she received a letter from the Ukrainian. Sentsov said he is not getting up from a bed and the end is near.
Reportedly, Oleg Sentsov was detained by Russian intelligence agencies in Crimea on May 2014. Later he was sentenced to 20 years of the colony under the accusation of terrorist activity on the territory of Crimea. Oleg does not admit his guilt.
Sentsov declared a hunger strike with a requirement to release all Ukrainian political prisoners in the Russian Federation.
