The state security service of Ukraine, the SBU, performed searches at the NABU, the National Anti-Corruption Bureau central office in Kyiv. The searches took place on November 29; Olena Gitlyanska, the press secretary of the SBU, reported this in the commentary for Espreso.tv.
The official did not specify what the reason for holding the searches was, or which case does this refer to. ’The investigation activity is in progress,’ she said, adding that Prosecutor General’s Office will provide the details later.
Previously, Ihor Mosiychuk, the MP from Lyashko Radical Party, posted that the searches refer to illegal tap-in allegedly performed by the NABU.
