A fight occurred in the session hall of the Ukrainian Parliament

Ex-president Petro Poroshenko was on his way to the rostrum, as his colleague Iryna Gerashchenko held a speech in fronot of fellow lawmakers. Servant of the People party members got in his way; a scuffle followed.

Speaker Dmytro Razumkov turned to Poroshenko, saying: "Petro Oleksiyovych, I'll figure it out". After that, the scandal raged itself out.

Gerashchenko, in turn, claimed that MP from Servant of the People was attending the parliament session while drunk.

March 30 was an intense day in the Ukrainian Parliament. MPs passed several laws, including the ones on one-time aid for businessmen during the lockdown, and the one about enlisting military reservists. Besides, they asked foreign parliaments to provide their assessment of the escalation of violence in Donbas.
