Scandalous Ukrainian MP Nadiya Savchenko, charged with preparing terrorist acts in Kyiv will stay in custody. Kyiv appeal court decided so after another hearing in her case. The prosecutors are fine with the decision, and the lawyers are obviously not. They already promised to address the European Court for Human Rights.

After the verdict was announced, Savchenko’s supporters started a brawl with the guards in the session hall. Savchenko protested and shouted that her sister Vira had her arms twisted.

Nadiya Savchenko, MP is suspected of organizing a terrorist act in the Ukrainian Parliament and in the government district of Kyiv. Yuriy Lutsenko, Prosecutor General claimed that he has proof that Savchenko planned an armed coup d'état, which would have brought to mass civilian casualties. In particular, according to the information of Prosecutor General's office, she planned to shell Kyiv from a grenade launcher. Furthermore, she together with early detained Volodymyr Ruban are suspected of an organization of assassination of Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko.
