A visa-free regime with one of the countries of the British Commonwealth has come into force for the citizens of Ukraine. This was announced by the Ambassador of Ukraine to the United Kingdom Vadym Prystaiko on his Twitter page.
Ukraine has signed a relevant agreement with Saint Vincent and the Grenadines.
"And today with H.E. Mr. Cenio Lewis, High Commissioner of SVG to the UK we launched visa-free regime. Step-by-step and all the Commonwealth nations gonna be visa-free for Ukrainians. Looking at you, Australia, Canada, and the UK," reads the message.
Thus, Ukraine now has a visa-free regime for entry with 130 countries.
As we reported earlier, Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal assured the society of the invariability of the European path for Ukraine and expressed his hope that the country would receive EU membership.
"We have become more open to the world, and the world has become more open for Ukraine. Every day our international partners demonstrate this. We have proved to everyone that the Ukrainian people are an integral part of the European family," he said.
