Sadovyi withdraws from presidential elections in favor of Hrytsenko

Andriy Sadovyi, the leader of Ukrainian Union “Self Reliance”, and Anatoliy Hrytsenko, the leader of the Civil Position party, agreed on supporting the last candidate as the only presidential candidate. Sadovyi stated this during the session in Kyiv on March 1.

“I decided to withdraw my candidature from the presidential elections, I declare my support to the candidate of the presidential election Anatoliy Hrytsenko”, - Sadovyi said.

According to Sadovyi, it is not unconditional support. At the beginning of the next week, the politicians will sign the treaty, where will be stated the principles concerning defense and safety of the country, and the fight against corruption.

The politician pointed out that his goal is to win the parliamentary and local elections.

Ukrainian Union “Self Reliance” has officially nominated Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovy for president of Ukraine on the elections in 2019.

Besides, the leader of the party “Democratic Alliance” Vasyl Gastko and Glukhiv Mayor Michel Tereshchenko participated in the conference.
