Russian, Syrian troops land airstrikes in Idlib, at least 12 civilians dead

Russia's Armed Forces and the military of Syria landed airstrikes on the residential quarters in Idlib province. The action killed at least twelve civilians, Anadolu reported.

The strikes were observed in several cities, including Sermin, where eight people lost their lives. Another man deceased in Urum al-Kubrah.

The aviation of Syrian Armed Forces hit several areas in Idlib, killing three civilians. The wounded ones were taken to the hospital.

It is known that the Turkish military command continues to deploy armored vehicles in the Idlib escalation zone. Reporters spotted a convoy of tanks, IFVs and heavy weaponry entering the area.

Earlier, Russian combat aviation delivered an airstrike on the hospital and residential quarters in Syria. The tragedy took place in Ariha village, reporter Julian Roepcke posted on Twitter. 11 people, including a child, died in the nighttime attack; another 60 were wounded.
