Kharkiv agreements were denounced in 2014, and the Russian military base in Crimea is illegal. This was announced by MP from the People's Front political party Serhiy Pashinsky on 112 Ukraine.
"In 2014 Kharkiv agreements were abolished, all this was denounced," said Pashinsky.
Asked whether the Russian military base in Crimea is legal, Ukrainian MP said: "No, it is illegal."
Recall that in April 2014 the Federation Council denounced the agreement governing the stay of Russian Black Sea Fleet in Crimea, as well as the Agreement of 21 April 2010 on the extension of Black Sea Fleet stationing for 25 years in Crimea, and providing discounts on gas for Ukraine.
Earlier, the State Duma denounced the agreement on the Russian Black Sea Fleet in Crimea and Kharkiv agreements.
