The Russian law enforcers hold the searches at Kurske village, Bilogorsk region at the houses of four underage Crimean Tatars and one more search took place in Kholodivka village, Sudak region as Crimean Solidarity reported on Facebook.
According to the information, they are suspected in the removing of the Russian flag from the village council in Kurske village and throwing it away in May 2018.
Due to this, the investigation opened the criminal case due to the abuse of the national emblem of the Russian Federation or state flag of the Russian Federation. The sanction of this crime provides the restriction of the liberty, forced labor, arrest or detention. All suspects gave the explanations right after the incident.
The searches took place at the houses of Mustafa Koka, Umer Abduveliev, Rizvan Seitkhalilov, Seitumer Asanov and Aziz-Mukhamed Aliev. Two teenagers were brought to the Russian Bilogorsk department.
Moreover, the Russian law enforcer claimed that one of the teenagers had the shells and old empty holster of the pistol during the searches in Kursk. They were confiscated as the physical evidence and put on the protocol in the presence of the witnesses.
"The search took place in the house of Asanov without him. There was no one at the beginning of the investigative actions as the owners live at other house. The family came to the site after the beginning of the investigative actions," the message said.
