The Moldovan border guards did not let the delegation from Russia that should take part in the business forum to visit the country as ZDG reported.

Renato Usatii, the Mayor of Balti claimed that the representatives of the Russian delegation should take part in the forum 'Moscow-Balti-Moldova' initiated by Russia.

'Everybody knows on the cooperation between the city administration of Balti and cities of other countries. I signed the agreement on the cooperation with Nizhny Novgorod, Saint Petersburg and Moscow. The government of Moscow initiated to hold the forum on the business cooperation in Balti. There should be about 10 officials from the Moscow government', he said.

The press service of the Border Guard Service claimed that 10 Russian citizens were not allowed to visit the country. The representatives of the delegation failed to provide the documents that prove the aim of the trip.

'The Border Guard Service did not have the information that it was an official delegation. At the same time, the delegation failed to provide the documents that prove their participation in the forum'.
