Elections to the State Duma on four polling stations in Ukraine - at the embassy in Kyiv and consulates in Kharkiv, Odesa and Lviv - will indeed take place tomorrow. This in a comment to "RIA Novosti" said the head of the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation, Ella Pamfilova.
According to her, Russia has already prepared the polling places, and Ukraine, in turn, must ensure the safety of the process.
"We have done all that we needed to. All ballots delivered, the places prepared, everything is done. The rest - I mean, safety - must be ensure by the state in which there the polls will be held. In any case, there is an understanding with the OSCE. I hope that everything will be fine ", - Pamfilova said.
Recall today the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Pavlo Klimkin called "a deliberate provocation" Russia's intention to organize elections to the State Duma in the occupied Crimea and Russian diplomatic missions in Ukraine.
