The rights of Ukrainian political prisoners Serhiy Buhaichuk and Eldar Kantimirov are violated in the Russian Federation. They need the medical aid as Ukraine’s Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmyla Denisova reported on Facebook.
“The citizens of Ukraine are not provided with the necessary medical aid and it contradicts the guaranteed norms of article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights and points 10, 22 ofMminimum standard rules for the treatment of prisoners dated August 30, 1955, approved by Economic and Social Council of the UN,” the message said.
Serhiy Buhaichuk was at the hospital care before the detention as he has health issues. He had a few difficult surgeries. He had surgeries on gallbladder removal and veins on the legs. Currently, the pain in legs strengthens and there is allergy all over the body.
Eldar Kantimirov has kidney problems amid chronic gastritis and cholecystitis. He also complaints about headache. He is kept in unsatisfactory conditions and constant psychological pressure.
Earlier Denisova reported that the state of health of illegally convicted in Russia Ukrainians Volodymyr Dudka and Hennadiy Lymeshko deteriorated; they also complain about physical and physiological pressure.
