The Transport Ministry of Russia has worked out the parcel of the responsive measure in the case Ukraine cancels the railway and bus traffic with Russia. Transport Minister of Russia Yevgeny Ditrikh claimed this as TASS reported.
"The ministry considered this issue and the possible responsive measure due to the possible adoption of such solutions," he said.
He emphasized that in the case such decisions will be made by Ukraine, the Russian side will implement the responsive measures. At the same time, Russia thinks that the real steps will not be made.
"First of all such measures will lead to the impossibility of the citizens of Russia and Ukraine to use the transport services. Beside the inconvenience and discomfort it will not lead to anything," he added.
Earlier we reported that Ukraine is considering to terminate the railway traffic with Russia, as Volodymyr Omelyan, the Infrastructure Minister, stated. As it was reported, Russia switched the railway traffic to the ways which pass over Ukraine since December 11, 2017. The relevant decision came into force on November 15.
After that, Ukrzaliznytsia (Ukrainian railways, - ed.) is considering an option to close the railway traffic with Russia.
