Russia names the condition, under which it would be ready to keep the gas transit across Ukraine. According to Sergei Prikhodko, Deputy Head of the Russian government, all Ukraine-Russia court litigations in the gas sector must be regulated.

"As for the transit of the Russian gas across the territory of Ukraine, we're ready to keep it on the economically profitable conditions, but [also] in case of the righteous solution of all litigations between Gazprom and Naftogaz", Prikhodko said as quoted by TASS.

As we reported, the work of the gas transporting system of Ukraine may be under threat after June 24 due to the lack of funds. It is reported that the company initiated the talks with the creditors, including Naftogaz Ukraine, which is a parent company, about debt restructuring. The National Security and Defense Council was also informed about the situation.
