Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba expressed fears that Russia may seek to move deeper into Ukrainian territory as ABC News reported.
"We do not want to scare anyone, but we have to remain vigilant. We are extremely worried, but listen - when you live next to Russia for seven years in an armed conflict, you kind of learn to be worried. You get used to it,” Kuleba said.
According to him, the build-up of troops and equipment on the border with Ukraine testifies to the intentions of the Russian Federation.
As we reported, Politico published new satellite photos taken by Western experts on Monday confirm recent reports that Russia is again concentrating troops and military hardware on the border with Ukraine. The images were taken by Colorado-based US space technology company Maxar Technologies.
However, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine (NSDC) Oleksiy Danilov denied this information and called it “deliberate disinformation”.
Later, Bloomberg published the report of Janes Company, which states that Russia is moving tanks to the Ukrainian border. This time, observers noticed a battalion of T80-U tanks in the Voronezh region.
