Moscow offers the EU military cooperation, in particular, the Russian army's participation in the EU operations. This was stated by the Permanent Representative of Russia to the European Union Vladimir Chizhov, reports German newspaper Die Welt.
According to him, Moscow makes offers to the EU. He stressed that the EU remains an important partner for Russia, not only in trade and economic issues, but also in foreign policy.
"We are open to intensive and mutually beneficial dialogue on key foreign policy issues, and we are also ready for military cooperation", said Chizhov.
According to him, they offer to let the Russian army take part in the EU operations.
