The Russian Special Forces encourage Ukrainian citizens, who immigrated to work in Belarus and Kazakhstan, to take part in mass ‘right’ voting process in order to influence the political views of Ukrainians. The press service of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine reports this.
“Securing of mass ‘right’ voting of the Ukrainian working immigrants, who work in Belarus and Kazakhstan, is described as the situation of the political apathy,” the report said while naming the directions of the Russian activity during the elections.
Besides, the Russian forces intend to use the ethnic Ukrainian, who live near borders, in order to influence the public view of Ukrainians in the border regions.
Among other Russian methods of influencing the Ukrainian presidential elections is conducting of cyber-attacks on the servers of the Central Election Commission of Ukraine and the district election commissions around Ukraine on the day of elections, March 31. The purpose of this is to doubt the legitimacy of the electoral process.
According to the Foreign Intelligence Service of Ukraine, the malware, which was created by the Russian Special Forces for the hybrid war, would be used for those planned attacks.
