The administration of penitentiary facility in Rostov-on-Don, Russia, systematically violates the rights of illegally detained Crimean Tatars, Timur Ibrahimov and Server Zekiryayev. Lyudmyla Denisova, the Ukrainian ombudsman reported that on Facebook.

According to her, the Russian penal facility refuses to provide the necessary medical assistance to political prisoners. Besides, the Yuzhnyi district court declined the lawyer's request to let the doctors see the detainees.

Denisova turned to her Russian counterpart Tatyana Moskalkova, asking her to take urgent steps and to see to it that the detained citizens are examined and provided with adequate treatment. 

Ibrahimov is a disabled person of group III; he has only one eye. Zekiryayev suffers from chronical osteochondrosis, radiculitis, kidney failure and hypertension. In addition, he experiences lymphatitis and trouble with blood vessels on his legs.
