Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said that Russia continues to torture Ukrainian political prisoners, commenting on the decision of the so-called "Supreme Court" to extend the term of imprisonment to Ukrainian political prisoner Volodymyr Balukh. Klimkin wrote about this on Twitter.
“Russia illegally continued Balukh’s term of detention, not counting time in the remand center. Russia doesn’t care about international law and any other legislation, it’s obvious that they don’t care about theirs law either”, wrote Klimkin.
As reported, the “Supreme Court” of Crimea decided not to count the time spent by the Ukrainian political prisoner Balukh in the remand prison, thereby extending his term in the Russian colony.
Acting Healthcare Minister Ulyana Suprun stated that Crimean Tatar sand political prisoner Edem Bekirov, who is illegally kept in Simferopol prison, has not received the medicine for a week. The Minister wrote this on Twitter.
“Very sick Ukrainian political prisoner Edem Bekirov has not been receiving the medicine for more than a week. He is being illegally kept by Russia in Simferopol prison,” Suprun wrote.
According to the Acting Healthcare Minister, the relatives of Edem Bekirov stated the possibility of the ‘sugar coma’ is increasing every day.
