The Foreign Ministry of Turkey believes that the murder of Russian Ambassador Andrei Karlov in Ankara will not affect bilateral relations between Russia and Turkey. It was reported by Interfax-Ukraine with reference to the words of Foreign Minister of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu.
