When will the biased media report how warped Mueller’s staff was? It’s alleged Weissmann was telling an accused Ukrainian oligarch he could go free if he lied about @realDonaldTrump. Just what he did to Manafort and Corsi. DOJ must investigate.— Rudy Giuliani (@RudyGiuliani) July 23, 2019
The Giuliani’s reaction comes as the response to an article How Mueller deputy Andrew Weissmann's offer to an oligarch could boomerang on DOJ was published in The Hill on July 22, where John Solomon, one of the leading authors of the American edition The Hill, has conducted an investigation that reveals new important information in the case and sheds light on what other additional evidence may be provided by Firtash's defense to the Austrian court to resume the process.
As we reported earlier, on 25 June, the Supreme Court of Austria recognized the extradition of Dmitry Firtash at the request of the US Justice Department to be legal. On July 16, Austrian Minister of Justice Clemens Jabloner also made his ruling, after which Firtash's extradition to the United States would take place within the shortest possible time, as it was thought to be.
However, the Vienna County Court blocked the extradition, as the lawyers of the businessman filed a request for reconsideration, adding the new facts and evidence proving political motivation of the request, which had not previously been included into the case.
