Rostov court is ready to organize Yanukovych’s interrogation

Svyatoshyn Court received notice of the possibility of questioning

Svyatoshyn District Court of Kyiv on November 16 received a notice from the Rostov Regional Court of the Russian Federation on the possibility of interrogation of the former President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych in a videoconference. This was announced by Interfax-Ukraine, citing his lawyer Vitaliy Serdyuk.

Yanukovych will be interrogated as a witness in the case of charging 5 former employees of the special division Berkut in Maidan killings. The videoconference may take place on November 25.

"Svyatoshyn court received the notification, and now it's up to it to properly organize a video conference", said the lawyer.
