Roscosmos State Corporation for Space Activities gave its assessment of the launch of American Falcon 9 as well as Crew Dragon spacecraft. Its commentary was made public by Sergey Krikalev, Executive Director for Russian Manned Space Programs on Twitter.

"I would like to greet our American colleagues. The next test cycle of the manned ship has begun. Such a ship has already flown in an unmanned version, but now, of course, such an important crucial option, when people flew on a new ship... This opens a new stage in the manned program, in the world’s manned program, the program of the international space station where this ship flew to," said the director of manned space programs of Russia.

Krikalev expressed confidence that the success of this mission will create additional opportunities that will benefit the entire world manned program.

As reported before, May 30, at 10:22 p.m. Kyiv time, SpaceX made a second attempt to launch the Crew Dragon with two American astronauts on board.

This is the first manned test flight of a private company to the International Space Station (ISS). The launch of the Crew Dragon spaceship from Cape Canaveral in Florida should be provided by the Falcon 9 rocket.
The spaceship is used to deliver to the ISS two American astronauts, Bob Benken and Doug Hurley.

SpaceX developed the Crew Dragon ship under a contract with NASA, the US aerospace agency. The spacecraft of this series to be used to deliver astronauts to the International Space Station. The first launch of Crew Dragon was made in March 2019, then the ship successfully reached the ISS in unmanned mode and returned to Earth.
