Romania did not let to Chisnau Moldova a plane with Russian vice prime minister Dmitry Rogozin on board, reported RIA News.
Russian Ambassador to Moldova told that the plane turned around and Russian authorities will decide where it will land.
According to Flightradar24.com aviation portal the S7157 flight from Moscow to Chisinau, turned around, making several circles on the border of Hungary and Romania.
As it was reported earlier Ukraine and Romania signed agreement on abolition of fees for long-term visas. Permits for entry and residence for more than 90 days will be issued free of charge.
