The activists who protested against the law on re-integration of Donbas once again fired flares and smoke pellets, while rallying near the Parliament’s building on Thursday evening.

‘The protesters shouted ‘Glory to Ukraine!’ and fired flares; the police put on gas masks. No conflicts were reported’, Ukrainska Pravda wrote.

Earlier today, the law enforcers reinforced the guard in the governmental quarter in Kyiv, after the protesters fired flares, protesting against the law on re-integration of Donbas.

On the Thursday session, MPs considered the law about re-integration of Donbas. However, the evening session was postponed due to blocking of the Parliament’s rostrum. Speaker Andriy Parubiy closed the session, and the law was not passed.
