The Foreign Ministry has published the article of Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba for Foreign Affairs edition. He noted in it that the opinion of Russian President Vladimir Putin about the bond breaking of Ukraine and Russia is unimportant as the Foreign Ministry reported.

“In Ukraine and somewhere else, the further bond breaking with Moscow will continue regardless the thoughts of Vladimir Putin and his entourage about it,” the article states.

Such a situation, according to Kuleba, allows the U.S. and its western partners to develop “ambitious strategic toward a region that provides any policy taking into account the circumstances of particular countries and blocks”.

As it was reported earlier, on July 12, the Kremlin's website published an article by Russian President Vladimir Putin On the Historical Unity of Russians and Ukrainians.
