President of Russia Vladimir Putin believes that during the dialogue with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky it is necessary to discuss a number of issues of the bilateral relations between countries as RBC-Ukraine reported.
According to the Russian leader, when Ukraine provided offers on talks with Zelensky, the Ukrainian side proposed international security as the key topic of the meeting.
“It is, of course, the important aspect of the situation in the world, the international security for everyone, including Russia and Ukraine. But I believe that we have so many problems in the bilateral relationship we need to talk about it,” the Russian president noted.
Putin added that he always has issues to discuss with Zelensky, considering the neighborhood of the countries.
As it was reported earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky offered his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin to meet in any location of Donbas where there's a war going on.
Russian President Vladimir Putin is aware of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's idea of a meeting in Donbas.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin will definitely take place. He would like to hold the meeting in the Vatican, Jerusalem or Vienna.
Later, it was reported that Russian leader Vladimir Putin is ready for negotiations with his Ukrainian counterpart about matters of Ukraine-Russia bilateral relations.
