“To be honest, this is the first time I have heard about this. Because I have twice talked with Alexander Grigorievich Lukashenko recently, he never told me about it, did not even hint,” Putin said in an interview with a Russian TV channel.
According to him, Lukashenko, in principle, can stop the transit, and this will be a violation of contractual obligations.
"Although there is nothing good in this, and I, of course, will talk with him on this topic," Putin added.
Earlier, Alexander Lukashenko threatened to cut off the blue fuel through the Yamal-Europe gas pipeline if the borders with Belarus are closed.
