The second round of talks between the representatives of Iran and Ukraine on the settlement of issues related to the consequences of the Boeing 737 crash (flight PS752) took place yesterday, on October 19, the press service of Ukraine's Foreign Ministry reports.

Deputy Foreign Minister of Ukraine Yevhen Yenin and Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif discussed the issues of liability, compensation, and the process of investigating the tragedy.

"We welcome Iran's decision to take full responsibility for the downing of the Ukrainian plane, as well as its readiness to provide equal compensation to the relatives of all victims, regardless of their citizenship," Yenin said.

As we reported earlier, on January 8, Boeing 737 of Ukraine's International Airlines, flight PS752 with 176 passengers aboard crashed in Tehran, not far from Imam Khomeini airport.

11 citizens of Ukraine died in the crash of Boeing 737 of Ukraine's International Airlines (PS 752 flight). President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported that the passenger plane crash in the Iranian capital left no survivors.
