Two protests against the "deepening integration" between Belarus and Russia are taking place in the center of Minsk on December 7. This was reported by the Belarusian department of Radio Liberty.
 
It is reported that not a single action is authorized by the Belarusian authorities.
 
Protests are scheduled for December 7, because it is on this day in Sochi Alexander Lukashenko and Vladimir Putin meet. It is assumed that at the meeting they will discuss "deepening integration" on the eve of the 20th anniversary of the creation of Belarus and Russia "union state". What documents they have to sign and what kind of "road maps" of integration the governments of the countries are discussing are not disclosed.

He added that cooperation between the states becomes the important component of diplomatic relations. Zelensky stated that within the forum, Ukraine and Belarus signed the commercial contracts for about $500 million.

Ukraine’s President added that the turnover between the states in 2018 surpassed $5 billion.

“We can and should surpass the mark of $6.8 billion; we do not want to stop. This task addressed the joint inter-governmental commission on trade-economic cooperation. Soon, Ukrainian part of this commission will be renewed. What is the priority of our trade-economic relations? Firstly, it is the cooperation in fuel-energy complex, infrastructure and transport projects, industry and production networks as well as the interaction in the agrarian and industrial complex,” Zelensky said.
