The former head of Inspection of State Architectural and Construction Control in Kyiv is charged for having committed a criminal offense. Press Secretary of Ukraine’s Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko Larysa Sargan reported this on Facebook.
‘As a result of unlawful actions of the official, who acted for the benefit of the inner circle of the president-fugitive, who refused to stop the unauthorized building at Parkova Doroha in Kyiv, to issue illegally approval documents for carrying out preparations and construction works of Amadeus Ko, brought to partial destruction of cultural attractions and monuments of archeology of national importance, as a result of which the territorial community of the city of Kyiv suffered damage of more than USD 6,8 million,’ she claimed.
The pre-trial investigation in the criminal proceeding continues
As it was reported earlier, in October 2017, the National Corps political party took the helipad of Yanukovych under its own control and demanded to nationalize it. Later, it was reported that a cinema was planned to be settled on the helipad.
In October 2018, the helipad was passed into the ownership of the community of Kyiv.
