The Prosecutor General's Office takes control of cases of Covid certficates falsification and negative PCR tests. This was stated by Prosecutor General Iryna Venediktova on her Facebook page.

"There are such violations of the law that for some reason seem petty, but ultimately lead to irreparable losses. I'm talking about those scoundrels who trade in human lives. True, they believed that they only sell pieces of paper - vaccination certificates. But these as they naively believe, pieces of paper often turn into death certificates, "wrote Venediktova.

She noted that "there will be no mercy," therefore, her Office takes all production of this nature under personal control so that all violators are sentenced.

According to the Prosecutor General, in total in 2021, based on the collected evidence of falsification of the results of PCR tests and vaccination documents, 104 citizens have already been notified of the suspicion, of which 88 indictments have been sent to the court and "this is just the beginning."

The day before, Interior Minister Denis Monastyrsky said that law enforcement officers opened almost 800 cases for forging Covid certificates in Ukraine.
