Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine has opened a criminal case against Artem Sytnyk, the head of the National Anti-Corruption Bureau.

The official is suspected to have violated the security of investigation, Ukrainska Pravda outlet reported, referring to the source in Prosecutor General’s Office. According to it, the authority initiated the case because of the ‘audio record released in the Internet, where a man with the voice similar to that of Sytnyk’s reveals to the press details of some high-profile cases’.

Sytnyk may be summoned for an interview on Friday; however, he is currently on a business trip in Portugal.
