Ukraine’s law enforcement agencies are deliberately dragging the investigation into the raids on three agricultural companies that took place in early 2016. Serhiy Zinchenko, the owner of two of these companies was killed during the raid; Prosecutor General’s Office has taken no actions since then to investigate the, says the inquiry of Olexiy Ryabchyn, MP from Batkivshchyna party.

According to Ryabchyn’s note filed for consideration in the Parliament, in March 2017, investigators of the National Police prepared the notice of suspicion in the respective criminal case. The documents were sent to the Prosecutor General’s Office, but the law enforcement agency never continued the investigation, which eventually led to its halt.

Olexiy Ryabchyn also sent the inquiry to Interior Minister Arsen Avakov and Prosecutor General Yuriy Lutsenko. The MP demands to take immediate action and punish the responsible ones.
