Prosecutor General’s Office classified information on whether Head of President’s Office Andriy Bohdan is involved in some criminal proceedings as Ukrainian News reported citing GPU.
The news agency requested the information on whether Bohdan is involved in some proceedings and what status he has in them.
The GPU reported that the requested information concerns the personality and there is no permission for its publication.
According to the department, the information relates to the data of the pretrial investigation and it is the secrecy of the investigation.
Earlier Tetyana Chornovol, the former Ukrainian MP filed an appeal, which said that Andriy Bohdan, the head of President's Office of Ukraine committed an act of state treason. The SBU, Ukraine's state security service will check the document under the due procedure.
