During the visit of Russian President Vladimir Putin to Finland, at the level of heads of state was discussed the situation in Ukraine and the EU anti-Russian sanctions. This was stated in the interview on  TV channel "112 Ukraine" by the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine in Finland Andriy Olefirov.

"The main purpose of Putin's visit is to strengthen bilateral relations with his north neighbor. Yesterday he conducted a working visit.

As a result of the visit a joint press conference with Finnish President was held, and Finnish side said that the issues of security in Europe concern the implementation of the Minsk agreement, talked about Ukraine, that its annexation and occupation of certain areas created a vicious cycle of confrontation and he called Putin to tear it up, "- said the diplomat.
