An anonymous report about the Presidential Office of Ukraine being 'mined' reached the police in Kyiv. According to RBC-Ukraine, the law enforcers shut off the territory adjacent to the building at Bankova street in the downtown Kyiv.

The report appeared briefly before the scheduled rally in front of the building; protesters came to the square next to the Office, demanding that Ukraine refuse from signing any agreements based on Steinmeier formula during the Normandy Four meeting. They insist it would be state treason and betrayal of Ukraine's national interests.
